“ What a meal! Super hot, and delicious. A short walk from the caravan park and highly worth every step. Offer sit in and take away. Service was very fast. Ambience lacking but food 100% made up for it. A definite must visit. ”
“ Great local Chinese restaurant! Piping hot freshly cooked food, generous servings and friendly service. Recommended if you’re around and you want a nice hearty feed. ”
“ I had the sizzling chilli garlic king prawns with a small serving of fried rice. The meal was served very quickly even though it was a reasonably busy Friday night. The meal was very good and it had enough chilli to make me start to mop my brow. The drinks service at the bar was slower than the meal service, but I got a drink eventually. It was full of locals and families socializing, which was nice to see. The Friday night meat raffle was popular, but I didn't win. ”
“ Brilliant food and service. We made a point of stopping on our way through Balranald after previously eating at H&J before. It was definitely worth stopping and didn't disappoint! If you are ever in Balranald, do yourselves a favour! ”
“ Totally not what I expected from a bistro in a club. Homemade spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had and the sizzling beef was full of meat and veggies. Absolutely delicious. A mention also for the friendly staff behind the bar, especially the young bloke, Jack. ”
“ Asian meals were really tasty. Best food we've had all trip. We were early in service time and meals were ready 5 minutes or less. Huge selection on the menu with good sized meals. Thanks again! ”
“ Delicious spring rolls and sizzling tofu / fresh veggies. Hard to choose from a big menu. Quick and friendly service. Large servings - we took some home. Thankfully the tables were not sticky, due to a cheerful meticulous waitress. ”
